God desires an intimate relationship with each of us through His Son, Jesus Christ. We believe a relationship with Jesus Christ, where He is Savior and Lord, is the only way to intimacy with God.
Romans 10:9 • John 14:6
God speaks to us through the Bible. We recognize it as the final authority for our lives.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 • James 1:23–25
The identifying mark of Biblical Christianity is love. Above all we want to be known as demonstrating and living the love of Jesus Christ. We seek to accept people where they are in their journey and help them take their next step toward Jesus.
Matthew 22:37–38 • 1 Corinthians 13 • Luke 10:25–37 • John 13:34–35
We are spiritual contributors, not spiritual consumers. The church does not exist for us. We are the church and we exist to serve God's Kingdom through His Church and in the world He gave His Son to redeem. This includes the concepts of unity, teamwork, spiritual gifts, and calling.
1 Corinthians 12 & 14 • Romans 12 • Ephesians 4 • Psalm 133:1
We believe that all we have has been entrusted to us by God. The way we manage these blessings may be the greatest indicator of where we are in our relationship with God. We believe Christians should be radically generous.
Matthew 25:14–30 • Luke 16 • 2 Corinthians 8–9 • Malachi 3
God says the family is the main source of the teaching and learning of the Christian faith. As a church, to strengthen this, we must teach and equip parents as well as help parents teach and train their children.
Deuteronomy 6:7 • Ephesians 6:1–4 • Psalm 78:5–8 • Proverbs 22:6
Relationally connected believers will grow as they share life together. Accountability, spiritual growth, and caring for each other will happen best in the context of authentic Biblical Community.
Acts 2:42 • Romans 12:9–10
Jesus called us to go and make disciples. We train, equip, and send our people so that God is glorified and the Kingdom is growing.
Matthew 28:16–20 • Ephesians 4:11–17
We believe lost people matter to God and therefore they matter to us. God's message of forgiveness through Christ is most effectively conveyed through personal relationships.
1 Timothy 2:3–6 • 1 Peter 3:15 • Acts 1:8
We represent God's best when we bring excellence to all we do. We believe this honors God and inspires people.
Colossians 3:17, 23 • Proverbs 27:17
